Island Sisters was established in 2013, a venture we embarked upon together. Randi, having been licensed just two weeks before Caron, celebrated Caron’s licensing by drafting our first offer on the very day. Since then, we’ve thrived in the fast-paced world of real estate, achieving remarkable milestones that fill us with pride.

Our commitment extends beyond work. As a family, we frequently visit Disneyland for the Half Marathon Weekends, which has become a cherished part of our journey. It’s not uncommon for us to finalize offers from the whimsical setting of the Tea Cups or negotiate inspections near the Haunted Mansion. Disneyland has become our second home and, in many ways, our office.
